1 introduction

ZB series mini-type no-lead soldering pot uses high quality fuse. The titanium pot can use for long time. Its easy to operate. The temperature can adjust from 200 to 450 degree centigrade. The temperature will rise quickly. The instrument is used to make the soldering on to the end of the wire or the elements foot. It can also used to jointing the mini-type electronic product.

2 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

?(1) This instrument must connect to the earth. Check the voltage corresponds to the voltage setting of the instrument.

?(2) Do not put any other liquid to the pot.

?(3) When the instrument is working , do not touch the shell, it has high temperature.

?(4) Please turn off the power when the power cut. The high voltage will mangle the electro-thermal thread.

(5) Do not turn to the high temperature. It will make the soldering aging, and it is bad to the pot.

?(6) Do not use the instrument in the wet, combustible, caustic or dust surroundings.

?(7) Do not open the instrument except the service person. If not, my company will not take on any duty.

3 TECHNICAL DATA

CAUTION

Please let the soldering melt around the pot when you use the instrument first time. Do not there is nothing when the power is on. It is not good let the instrument working on the high temperature for long time (above 6). Do not let the instrument work over 8 hours, if not , the soldering will be aging.
