We are factory specializing in the manufacture and export of excavator buckets for more than six years. 

Our excavator bucket's advantages / features:

1) Now we cut the materials with digital control flame (plasma) cutting machines to ensure the cutting quality.

2)The holes of the side tooth are made with CNC machining to ensure accurate holes.

3)The bottom blade are bended by large lapping machine.

3)All the welders are all 5 years experience to ensure the welding quality.

4)Welding gas is using ArCo2 mixed gas to reduce pores, improve the appearance and strength of the weld.

5) all the bucket are weld by Panasonic brand CO2 protective welder.

6) Before ex-factory,all the bucket will go through a rigorous test.

7) For the bevel of the bucket,we now use the Edge milling machine,it can be very smooth.

Regarding materials, there are rock bucket, standard bucket, reinforced bucket, and others. Their Characteristics are as follows:

Characteristics of Standard Bucket:
Large bucket capacity, and large open area;
Large stowing surface, and accordingly high coefficient of fullness;
Made of top quality structural and high strength steel Q345B( Technical Parameters see below), the adapters are made of domestic top quality products;
Save working time, improve working efficiency.

Applications:
General digging of clay and light work such as loading of sand, earth and gravel.

Characteristics of Reinforced Bucket:
On the basis of Standard series, high-stress and wearing parts are made of high-strength wearable steel NM360( Technical Parameters see below);
Adapter is a world-famous SBIC product;
Inherit all advantages of Standard series, and greatly improve strength and wearability.

Applications:
Digging of hard soil, soil mixed with soft stone, loading of gravel, broken stone, etc.

Characteristics of Rock Bucket:

Most parts are made of HARDOX steel( Technical Parameters see below),Teeth and adapters are world-famous MTG or SBIC products. unique design, Our rock buckets are maximizing their reliability, excavation performance and economical efficiency.

A gap adjustable sleeve device is used at the connection with the bucket bracket.

Comparing with other popular rock buckets, Our Rock buckets will also improve the working efficiency and shorten the working time.
