Features
1.Adopts the single-beam dual-lens system designed by Bettersize, which can receive all the scattered signals from nanometer to millimeter of particles accurately. The lenses we imported from Japan are high precision combination of lenses, high resolution imaging, small distortion, to ensure that the instrument can receive all the signals even though the faintly ones and the ones from different angles.
2.Intelligent Design of Standard Operational Procedure (SOP).
The only thing you should do is to feed sample, and then the system will do the rest operations automatically, such as water supply, dispersing, circulating, adjust concentration, test, drainage, cleaning, print, save and so on. When concentration is too high, it will be automatically diluted; when concentration is too low, add sample to make the concentration remain optimal state all along. The direct effects of the automatic design are not only the simple operation, but also reducing the errors which was made by human factor, improving the accuracy of test.
3.Calibration accuracy: all instruments are passed the calibration based on the standard sample, which makes sure the accuracy of the test result, meanwhile, the standard sample is provided to our customers along with instruments, you can checkout the accuracy of your own instrument at any time, to avoid the damage which arose from the inaccurate test results caused by the movement of the instrument or voltage fluctuation and so on.
4.3-D automatic focusing system consist of precise hybrid stepping motor, precision guide rail, lead screw, connecting axle, and subdivision controller, whose the shortest step is 1.3 micron, has high accuracy of positioning.
