RTV silicon rubber for multi pieces molding is primarily intended for poly resin crafts, PU crafts, PU resin crafts ,gypsum crafts ,unsaturated resin crafts, lighting and candles crafts, plastic toy , stationery gifts crafts industry, a large statue Buddha, relievo furniture, furniture decorative materials, statues Buddha, artifacts copied, building decoration materials, large scale cement mold, artificial fossils Factory, Europe component factory, simulation landscapes, animals and plants sculpture, sandstone crafts and so on.

How to choose the suitable RTV silicone rubber for multi pieces molding to make your products be more perfect than before and make sure to get the most benefit

1) The small size products (within 30cm) with fine and precision patterns, you should choose soft RTV silicone rubber, with hardness about 18 to 25 shore A for easy demoulding

2) Large size products (60 to 200cm), you should shoose hard RTV silicone rubber, with hardness about 35 to 40 Shore A, then the silicone mold will not deformation.

3) Large products but features detailed patterns, then 30 shore A RTV silicone rubber will be workable. (The process should be a layer RTV silicone rubber add a layer fiber glass or cloth.)The outer of mold can be plaster, glass fiber reinforced plastic (unsaturated resin and fiber glass) to protect the products from deformation.

Note: Our company does not recommend you to add the silicone oil into the RTV silicone rubber to reduce the hardness. If a special soft silicone mold or fine details and comlex patterns products you have, add 5% to 10% silicone oil could be added to soften the mould for easy demoulding.
