rtv silicone applications:

rtv silicone is primarily applicable for artificial stone silicone molding, mirror frames silicone molding, toy crafts silicone molding, relief sculpture silicone molding, artwork silicone molding, fireplace silicone molding, poly crafts, resin craftworks, lightings, candles, etc. and fabrication of precision silicone molding.

rtv silicone features:

rtv silicone is white or red flowing liquid with general hardness of 22-50A°after curing. rtv silicone  is a kind elastic silicone rubber which features with resistance to deformation, high-temperature, acid-alkali and expansion as well as high reproduction times, good tensile strength , tear strength and elongation.

rtv silicone operations:

If customers wants to make large products and large size rtv silicone molds, the rtv silicone mold should be made of rtv silicone rubber with high hardness.

On the contrary, if the mold with fine and precision  patterns, it should be made of rtv silicone with low hardness. The amount of curing agent depends on the actual requirements of the customer. 

If rtv silicone molds requiring fast drying and demould, more curing agent is needed; contrarily, if rtv silicone molds requiring slower drying and demould, less curing agent is needed.
