1/General desciption for RTV Silicone

RTV Silicone has been specially developed to enable the user to make moulds of a very high quality. Supplied with 2%-5% standard catalyst. A fast catalyst is available usually employed when using  additive. Suitable for various materials including Polyester resin, wax, and plaster type casting. Also available for ceilings, church walls etc.

2/Instruction of mold making silicon rubber:

A: clean and polish the products you plan to make molds or the original mold with soap water or detergent

B: Take 100g silicon rubber and 2-3g curing agent and mix them evenly

C: vacuum-pumping the mixture of silicon rubber and curing agent less than 10 minutes

D: Brushing or pouring the silicon on the original mold.
