1. RTV silicone Application:

RTV silicone is primarily intended for:

1. poly resin crafts, PU crafts, PU resin crafts,unsaturated resin crafts,plastic toy,gifts crafts industry.

2. gypsum crafts, a large statue Buddha, decorative materials, statues Buddha, artifacts copied, building decoration materials, large-scale cement mold, artificial fossils Factory.

3.lighting and candles crafts ,stationery, furniture,

4. furniture Europe component factory, simulation landscapes, animals and plants sculpture, sandstone crafts and so on..

2.RTV silicone features description

A: RTV silicone  is white or red flowing liquid with general hardness of 22-50A°after curing.

B:RTV silicone rubber are generally named two –component room temperature vulcanization silicone rubber, a kind elastic silicone rubber mold which features with resistance to deformation, high-temperature, acid-alkali and expansion.

3. RTV silicone operations

A: If the customer wants to make large products and large size molds, the mold should be made of mold making silicone rubber with high hardness.

B: On the contrary, if the mold with fine and precision patterns, it should be made of mold making silicon rubber with low hardness. The amount of the curing agent depends on the actual requirements of the customer. 

C: If molds requiring fast drying and demould , more curing agent is needed; contrarily, if molds requiring slower drying and demould, less curing agent is needed.
