silicon rubber for silicon mould using instruction:

Two parts silicon rubber for silicon mould: Component A is white flowing liquid and component B is catalyst.

Take silicon rubber of 100g and add 3-5g catalyst for mixing evenly (silicon rubber and atalyst must be measured accurately). After completely mixed, put the silicon rubber into a vacuum machine to remove the bubbles.

And then pouring liquid silicon rubber onto the product which is to be duplicated or into the mould frame.

After the silicone cured, you will get a silicon mould.

If you don't have vacuum machine, please add less catalyst into silicon rubber for silicon mould so that the bubbles can come out by itself from the silicon rubber for silicon mould.
