2. Liquid silicone rubber for stone molding feature:

A. Workability

The base compound and curing agent are mixed and then poured into the mold to create a silicone rubber mold quickly. Workable time and cure time can be adjusted. 

B. Mold-releasability

The cured rubber releases easily from the mold, so mold-release agents (soapy water, wax, etc.) are unnecessary.

C.Dimensional stability

These rubbers offer good dimensional stability, with little shrinkage.

D. Flowability

They have excellent flowability, so the original form is reproduced accurately. This includes even intricate shapes and details such as fingerprints and wood grain.

E.Heat and chemical resistance

These rubbers have outstanding resistance to heat and chemicals.

F.Deep-section curability

Moldmaking RTV silicone rubber compound cures uniformly throughout the mold, regardless of thickness

G.Non-exothermic

No heat is generated during curing, meaning no adverse effects to the original.

3. Liquid silicone rubber general discriptions
        Liquid silicone rubber is a flowable liquid silicone, the quality has nothing to do with the color. It consists of two components. Part A is a flowable liquid silicone rubber, part B is the curing agent. Firstly, after your previous work of dealing with the original model, take some liquid silicone rubber , add 2%-3% curing agent of the amount of silicon, and mix them evenly. Then after vacuum-pumping the mixture, you can pour it into the mold frame. The silicone mold will cured in 2-4 hours.
and demould, more curing agent is needed; contrarily, if molds requiring slower drying and demould, less curing agent is needed.
