Silicone Technologies Main applications:

Silicone Technologies is mainly used for model designing of manual mold, pvc plastic model, gypsum products mould, low melting point alloy molds,alloy toys molds, plastic toy products crafts, stationery, large-scale sculpture, reproduction of cultural relic, pad printing allcation and electrical equipment antivibration and so on.

Silicone Technologies is featured as low shrinkage, non-deformation, good elasticity and stable size of products

Silicone Technologies Packaging, storage and transportation

(1) Silicone Technologies is packed with vacuumed thick PE bag inside,and iron barrel (tin) outside, packing in 5 kg, 25 kg , 200 kg.

Curing agent (catalyst, cross-linking agent or other additives) are packed in 1 kg, 25 kg plastic bottles or barrels. and the weight is 3-5% of total silicone. Customer can adjust the mixing ratio fo the catalyst to 2%-3% according to local work condition.

(2) The product should be stored in a cool dry place, avoid the sun and rain, it must be kept away from acids, alkalis, salts and other compounds. The shelf life is one year from the date of production.

(3) The goods is NOT subjest to IMDG except the curing agent.
