Users' instruction of gypsum craft molding silicone rubber

1. Added with 1% of catalyst, the silicone rubber can still flow within 2.5 hours, mold can be released in 23 hours.
2. Added with 2% of catalyst, the silicone rubber can still flow within 1 hour to 1.5 hour, mold can be released in 15 hours.
3. Added with 3% of catalyst, the silicone rubber can still flow within 50-70 minutes, mold can be released in 10 hours.
4. Added with 4% of catalyst, the silicone rubber can still flow within 40-60 minutes, mold can be released in 4-7 hours.

5. Added with 5% of catalyst, the silicone rubber can still flow within 30-50 minutes, mold can be released in 3-6 hours.

How to avoid the silicone molds getting oily?

The molding silicone rubber itself doesn’t contain any oil, so it won’t be oily. If the mold is oily, it may be because you add the compound silicone oil (the compound of silicon oil and white oil). The white oil is not silicon oil but a kind of petrochemicals.
