1. Product performance
   1. Operability:After pouring into the moulding tool and mixing blance of both ,radicle glue and vulcanizing agent,they can set off a chemical reaction and make a mould of silicone rubber.
   2. demoulding: The RTV Silicone Rubber which use for mould has agreat property of demoulding,It can be easy to unload the mould by using suds and paraffin.
   3. Stability: The RTV Silicone Rubber which used for mould is low in LinearShrinkage.And it has great stability in the process of multiple system.
   4. Fluidity:The RTV Silicone Rubber which used for mould has great fluidity,And it can multiple the small part like fingerprint , the lines of wool textiles and so on vividly.

3. Put both of ZS- Silicone Rubber Series and hardening additives into the container by the weight ratio and mix it until it`s uniform. Generally it will take your 1-3 minutes.(You can join some silicone oil if need in the process of mixing.)
4. After they are mixed,they will reaction under the room temperature at once,and release the low molecule alcohol,So you need to exhaust the bubble under the vacuum condition to make sure that the molecule alcohol is out of colloid.(1~3minutes)
5. Product your mould

a)      While multilayer brushing the mould ,interior, and outside of the mould should be solidified at the same time. While curing agent is relatively less, the quality of the reuuber matrix will be better if the reaction time be extended. So it’s best that more curing agent be used outside, and less be used inside. Brushing the second time while the first coating is dried, 12-18 minutes intervaled, remove the model after 2-3 hours.

b)      It’s better be solidified about 8-12 hours , when pour into modle three dimensional.

c)      Select the location of the mouldline.

d)      Select the location which won`t effect the external appearance of the product.

e)      Select the location which is easy to process after grouting.

f)       Select the location which is easy to removal the mould.

g)      Select the location which is hard to out of shape.

h)      Don`t start to use the product until is out of shape and set under the room temperature for 72 hours.

1. Opinion of using.

a)        RTV-2 series production which produce by our company have great fluidity and easy to handle. Generally it`s no need to add silicate oil.But you can add silicate oil not more than 5% under the special condition.

b)        It`s better to add the hardener additives under the temperature of 25°C or so .And the applies quantity of the hardener is decided by the thermal height or the physical operation requests.

2. The better applies of the hardener which use for ZS-RTV is 2.2%,and you can add dicided by the physical operation requests,But not more than 3.0%.
3. Befor you use the ZS-RTV product you need stir fastly, in order to reduce the viscosity and raise the maneuverability.
4. For the viscosity of this product is low, so it`s no need to add silicate oil. And the operation is so pretty.
5. By using the release additives will increase the life of mould.And the applies of the silicate oil may effect the life of mould and eracity of the size.
6. Make sure that the ZS-RTV can maintain the quality as good as usual,you need to store it under the conditions which is dryness, cool , shady and the temperature need to between 23~27°C,and in the container which is well-closed.
7. Under the modest storage environment which is well ventilate and the temperature is below 30°C, the storage life will be more than six months.
