As with a low viscosity,high tear strength and excellent duplication times, it's widely used for concrete casting,cement products casting.Making silicone molds for concrete baluster,cement baluster,flower pots,garden ornament,garden statues,indoor and outdoor decorations and so on.

2. Features of liquid rtv silicone rubber

b.Curing at room temperature within 2-4 hours.

d.Good tensile and tear strength, low shrinkage.

3.How to making silicone rubber molds with mold making silicone rubber?

a.deal with the orignal sculpture

b.sprayed on release agent

c.weigh correct molding silicone rubber according to the instruction

d.stir two part molding silicone compound evenly

e.vacuum pumping about 5 min

f.poured on or brushed on the orignal sculpture

g.curing 2-4 hours

h.demould and apply to casting

4.Mold making silicone rubber curing agent and silicone proportion and reaction(Under room-temperature-25C)
a.Added with 2 percent of curing agent, silicone can still flow within 1.2-1.6 hours, mold can be released in 7-8 hours.
b.Added with 3 percent of curing agent, silicone can still flow within 1-1.2 hours, mold can be released in 6-7 hours.
c.Added with 4 percent of curing agent, silicone can still flow within 40-50 minutes, mold can be released in 5-6 hours.
