Liquid silicone is a two part compound rubber and curing with tin catalyst. As with a low viscosity,high tear strength and excellent duplication times,it's widely used for candle molds making,cake molds making and other product molds making .

3.How to making a candle molds with liquid silicone

a. clear and smooth original moulds                        

b. brush on release agent 

c. correct weigh accoring to the mixng ratio

d stir the two parts evenly

e. vacuum-pumping less than 10min

f. pouring or brushing

(Note: We are not recommend you to add silicone oil. If a special soft silicon mold or fine detailed and complex patterns products are required, 5%-10% silicone oil can be added to soften the mold for easy demould.)

4.Shelf life and package

The shelf life can be reach to 12 months at room temperature about 25c in orignal package.

 Our normally package is 25kg/pail and 200kg/pail.
