Injecting Molding Silicone Rubber Properties:
When solidified under high temperature, this series of LSR will be transformed into elastic objects that have the following desirable properties:
- Lower shrinkage
- impact fatigue resistance;
- High elongation and good rebound resilience
- Excellent thermal and cold stability (-60oC ~ 250oC)
- Outstanding resistance to ageing;
- The pot-life of the mixture of the two components (closed vessel) at 20oC is 5 days. Increased temperature reduces the pot-life.
