Operation guide of Polycondensation liquid silicone rubber for moulding

1. Stir part A and part B with right mixing ratio (100:5) evenly. And get the mixture for vacuum-pumping. (If there is no vacuum machine, just mix less catalyst)

2. Clean your products and brush a layer of release agent (detergent or soap water) on your product.

3. Pour the mixture with correct mixing ratio into the model frame.

After about 3-5 hours, when the silicone get cured, take out the original mold, and there is th finished silicone mould.

Shelf life of Polycondensation liquid silicone rubber for moulding

Twelve(12) months from date of shipment when stored at 24C in original unopened packages.
