Usage: Silicon rubber for PU/poly resin products, plaster, candles, gypsums crafts,  cement products, concrete/architectural products,  statuary, casting molds making, etc.

Operations for  liquid molding silicone RTV-2      :

Step One to use RTV 2 silicone rubber: Take 100g of part A and add 2g of part B and mix the silicon rubber and the curing  agent evenly.

Step Two to use RTV 2 silicone rubber: vacuum pumping

Without exception, this takes less than 10 minutes. Otherwise, it will cause cross linking reaction, and no more further steps will be available.

Step Three to use RTV 2 silicone rubber: Brushing cast & Perfusion Molding operation.

 
(Note:e do not recommend silicon oil. For special soft mold or molds with complex pattern or fine details, 5%-0% silicon oil can be added to condition the flexibility of the mold for convenience of release)
