1.Applications of RTV 2 silicone molding rubber:
RTV 2 silicone molding rubber is suitable for industries such as toys, gifts, furniture decoration, construction decoration, human replica,  stationeries, resin crafts, unsaturated resin crafts, poly resin crafts, candle crafts, plastic crafts, plaster crafts, artificial plant and animal crafts ,Buddhist statue crafts.

2. Description of RTV 2 silicone molding rubber:

RTV 2 silicone molding rubber is a flowable liquid, and the quality has nothing to do with the color. It consists of two parts. Part A is a flowable liquid silicone rubber, part B is the curing agent. Dealing with the original model by polish the surface and print release agent first, take some liquid silicone rubber , add 2%-3% curing agent of the amount of silicone, and mix them evenly. Then after vacuum-pumping the mixture, you can pour it into the mould frame. The silicone mould will be cured in 2-3 hours and after 24 hours you can put it into production.

Note: The time for vacuum-pumping should be less than 3-5 mins ,otherwise, once the silicone rubber has cross-link reaction during vacuumizing, and no more further steps will be available.

g) High temperature resistance, acid and alkali-resistance and ageing resistance

FAQ. Why the RTV 2 silicone molding rubberjust can be reproduced for a few times?

It can be due to the following reasons: 

a. Adding too much silicone oil in to silicon rubber. Silicon oil is an additive which destroies the molecular weight of silicone rubber and reduce the tension and tear strength.

b. Using the silicon rubber with a high hardness to make molds for small sized products with delicate and intricate designs and the silicon rubber with a low hardness to makes molds for large sized products with simple designs. 

(Notes: we should choose the silicon rubber specifically according to the requirements of our products to avoid this problem.)

Attention:

Usually , we do not suggest customer to add silicone oil to the silicone to adjust the shore A. If necessary, we would suggest to add as 5% silicone oil.

1. This product should be sealed stored in clean plastic bucket and avoid contact with strong acidic and 

    alkaline substances;
2. Stored at room temperature in ventilated and cool place;
3. Non-toxic non-dangerous goods storage and transportation.
