Silicone for Jewelry Molds is a two part silicone rubber and curing with tin catalyst. As with a low viscosity, high strength and excellent duplication times, it's widely used for concrete casting and cement products casting,making silicone molds for artificial stone,concrete statue molds,garden statue molds,stone molds,cement crafts,GRC/GPR decorations,ect.

The quality of our rtv silicone rubber is similar with Dow corning silicone,wacker silicone,smooth on silicone,but the prices of silicone rubber is more competitive than them.

How to making silicone for jewelry molds liquid silicone?

Firstly, after your previous work of dealing with the original model, take some liquid silicone rubber, add 2%~3% cuing agent of the amount of silicon and mix them evenly.

Then after vacuum-pumping the mixture, you can pour it into the mold frame. The silicone mold will cured in 2~3 hours.

SHELF LIFE: Twelve (12) months from date of shipment when stored at 24°C in original unopened packages.  

PACKAGE:Packed in clean 20kg/pail,  200kg/pail.
