Application of RTV Silicone Moulding Rubber

RTV Silicone Moulding Rubber is primarily intended for resin ornaments, PU crafts, plaster moulding, gypsum decorations, unsaturated resin crafts, lighting and candles crafts, statue&figurines, relievo furniture, furniture decorative materials, artifacts copied, building decoration materials, large-scale cement mold, artificial fossils, simulation landscapes, animals and plants sculpture, sandstone crafts, concrete stone mold, etc. 

Description of RTV Silicone Moulding Rubber

RTV Silicone Rubber is a kind of flowable liquid silicone, the quality has nothing to do with the color. 

It consists of two components. Part A is a flowable liquid silicone rubber, part B is the curing agent. Firstly, after your previous work of dealing with the original model, take some RTV Silicone Rubber , add 2%-3% curing agent of the amount of silicon, and mix them evenly. Then after vacuum-pumping the mixture, you can pour it into the mold frame. The silicone mold will cured in 2-4 hours.

Operation Instruction of  RTV Silicone Moulding Rubber 

  Step One to use RTV silicone rubber:Take 100g of part A and add 2g of part B and mix the silicon rubber and the curing  agent evenly.

  Step Two to use RTV silicone rubber: vacuum pumping

  Without exception, this takes less than 10 minutes. Otherwise, it will cause cross linking reaction, and no more further steps will be available.

  Step Three to use RTV silicone rubber: Brushing cast & Perfusion Molding operation.
