1. RTV silicone rubber for pre-cast stone mouldings :
HY625#siliconerubber is a condensation cured silicone (tin catalyzed ). It is used to make rubber molds that can
be used to cast polyurethanes, epoxy's, polyester's, cement sculpture mouldings, atrtificial stone mouldings,
concrete, soap, wax, resin plaster, etc.. It is easy to mix and deair, and will cure at room temperature over virtually any surface.
HY625 is equivalent to Dow Corning 3481, is extremely usefull for applications where superior physical properties are required.

Why does the RTV-2 silicone rubber for molding have few mold making times?
The silicone rubber mold has few molding times is due to follwoing reasons: adding too much silicone oil which will destroy the molecular of silicone rubber; making the mold for small and fine detailed products with higher hardness silicone rubber which is easy to break; making the mold for large products with soft silicone rubber which will reduce the tensile and tear strength of the mold, and the mold will have deformation. Thus, we should take the proper silicone rubber to make the mold for suitable products.
