RTV molding silicon rubber (for concrete,gypsum,resin)

1,Added with 1% of curing agent, silicon can still flow within 2.5 hours, mold can be released in 6-8 hours.
2,Added with 2% of curing agent, silicon can still flow within 50 minutes to 1 hour, mold can be released in 2-3 hours.
3,Added with 3% of curing agent, silicon can still flow within 28-30 minutes, mold can be released in 1.5-2 hours.
4,Added with 4% of curing agent, silicon can still flow wtithin 10-15 minutes, mold can be released in 1-1.5 hours.

The mixing ratio of silicon rubber and curing agent is 100:3-5.For example, if we add 100 kilogram RTV silicon rubber, please add 3-5 gram curing agent. Then please mix them evenly. Pay attention: Please mix them evenly, or the quality of silicon rubber will be destroy for uncured silicon rubber part.

2. RTV molding silicon rubber cures at room temperature within 2-4 hours.

3. RTV molding silicon rubber with an exceptional fluidity and good operability, easy to demold.

Why is the tear strength of the RTV molding silicon rubber mold weak?
In order to reduce the viscosity of RTV molding silicon rubber and pursue a good quality, you may add a lot silicon oil into the RTV molding silicon rubber when molding. In fact, it might have just the opposite effect. The tension and the tear strength of the RTV molding silicon rubber molds will be reduced badly with the addition of silicon oil. And the RTV molding silicon rubber molds will be in a weak and flimsy manner.
