RTV liquid rubber has been used for more than 15 years to reproduce sculpture all over the world ranging in size from less than 1" (2.54 cm) to almost 400 feet high (120 m).

Today, RTV liquid rubber are used by thousands of sculptors and foundries for casting wax, resins, plaster, concrete and other materials to make accurate reproductions of original sculpture.

RTV liquid rubber is white or red flowing liquid with general hardness of 22-50A°after curing.

RTV liquid rubber is a kind elastic silicon rubber mold which features as below:

• good tensile strength ,

 Storage and Precautions of RTV liquid rubber

High reproduction RTV liquid rubber, which is an environmentally-friendly liquid silicone product, is not easy to burn and can be stored and transported as non-hazardous goods. The shelf life of the product is about one year from the date of production. Inspection is required when exceeding the time limited. It can continue to be used in case of neither thickening nor deterioration.

How to Use RTV liquid rubber:

1.Weigh a certain amount of silicone rubber, and then add curing agent by 2%-3% of silicone rubber. Ensure that all the silicone rubber is used in short time.

2. Fully stirring the silicone rubber, then put them in vacuum and pump 3-5 minutes, make moulds after bubbled.

3. Curing speed is closely related to the temperature and humidity, the higher the temperature and humidity, the faster the curing. Customers can choose curing agent or adjust the amount of curing agent in order to reach appropriate curing speed according to the weather.

Correctly stored in its original unopened container at room temperature (24°C). The liquid silicone rubber has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacturing. Containers, which have been opened, must be kept tightly closed afterwards
