Application of RTV Liquid Silicone Rubber

RTV Liquid Silicone Rubber is primarily intended for resin ornaments, PU crafts, plaster moulding, gypsum decorations, unsaturated resin crafts, lighting and candles crafts, statue&figurines, relievo furniture, furniture decorative materials, artifacts copied, building decoration materials, large-scale cement mold, artificial fossils, simulation landscapes, animals and plants sculpture, sandstone crafts, concrete stone mold, etc. 

Description of  RTV Liquid Silicone Rubber  

RTV Liquid Silicone Rubber is a kind of flowable liquid silicone, the quality has nothing to do with the color. 

It consists of two components. Part A is a flowable liquid silicone rubber, part B is the curing agent. Firstly, after your previous work of dealing with the original model, take some RTV 2 Silicone Rubber , add 2%-3% curing agent of the amount of silicon, and mix them evenly. Then after vacuum-pumping the mixture, you can pour it into the mold frame. The silicone mold will cured in 2-4 hours.

Operation Instruction ofRTV Liquid Silicone Rubber

  Step One to use RTV 2 silicone rubber:Take 100g of part A and add 2g of part B and mix the silicon rubber and the curing  agent evenly.

  Step Two to use RTV 2 silicone rubber: vacuum pumping

Without exception, this takes less than 10 minutes. Otherwise, it will cause cross linking reaction, and no more further steps will be available.

  Step Three to use RTV 2 silicone rubber: Brushing cast & Perfusion Molding operation.
