1.Applications of Candle mold making silicone:
Candle mold making silicone, can be used for candle mold makers, with 100:5 mixing ratio or 1:1 mixing ratio by weight.
2. Descrption of Candle mold making silicone:
Candle mold making silicone is a two-component material, which consists of Part A base silicon and Part B CA30 curing agent; then the silicone base and curing agent can cure at room temperature by a condensation reaction. These materials can also be cast into the cured silicone mold: plaster, polyurethane, PU, GRC, cement, resin, polyester, wax etc.
2.Features of Candle mold making silicone:
Candle mold making silicone is two-component transparent/ translucent white flowing liquid with general hardness of 28-32A°after curing. Molding silicon rubber is a kind elastic silicon rubber mold which features with resistance to deformation, high-temperature, acid-alkali and expansion as well as high reproduction times, good tensile strength , tear strength and elongation.

Why does the RTV-2 silicone rubber for molding have few mold making times?
The silicone rubber mold has few molding times is due to follwoing reasons: adding too much silicone oil which will destroy the molecular of silicone rubber; making the mold for small and fine detailed products with higher hardness silicone rubber which is easy to break; making the mold for large products with soft silicone rubber which will reduce the tensile and tear strength of the mold, and the mold will have deformation. Thus, we should take the proper silicone rubber to make the mold for suitable products.
