Introduction:

1. Two-part of RTV 2 molding silicone rubber: flowable liquid silicon and catalyst.
2. RTV 2 molding silicone rubber cures at room temperature within 4-6 hours.

Features:

1. exceptional fluidity and good operability.
2. good Temperature and deformation resistance as well as low shrinkage.
3. High duplication times.

Operation steps:

1. Step One to use RTV 2 molding silicone rubber: Take 100g of part A and add 2g of part B and mix the silicon rubber and the curing agent evenly.
2. Step Two to use RTV 2 molding silicone rubber: vacuum pumping
3. Without exception, this takes less than 10 minutes. Otherwise, it will cause cross linking reaction, and no more further steps will be available.
4. Step Three to use RTV 2 molding silicone rubber: Brushing cast & Perfusion Molding operation.
