Description of Addition Cure Silicon Rubber for Food Mould Making :
Addition Cure Silicon Rubber for Food Mould Making is generally named as two-part addition silicone rubber that vulcanises at room temperature.Part A is a flowable liquid, part B is the curing agent(platinum catalyst). It features an exceptional fluidity ,good operability,excellent physical properties and very low shrinkage. The mixing ratio between Part A and Part B can be 10:1 or 1:1.
Applications of Addition Silicone Rubber for Molding in Food Grade:
1) cake mould making
2) candy mould making
3) chocolate mould making
4) cookies mould making
5) bake mould making
How to making silicone molds with Addition Cure Silicon Rubber for Food Mould Making
a. Stir part A and part B with right mixing ratio (1:1) evenly. And get the mixture for vacuum-pumping. (If there is no vacuumizer, you can just pour the mixture slowly from the corner so that less bubbles caused)
b. Enclose the product (the original model) with four plastic plates or wooden plates.
c. Clean your products and brush a layer of release agent (detergent or soap water) on your product.
e. Pour the mixture with correct mixing ratio into the model frame.
After about 2-4 hours, when the silicone cured, get out the original model, and there you get a finished addition cured silicone mold .
SHELF LIFE: Twelve (12) months from date of shipment when stored at 24°C in original unopened packages.
