Operation Instructions of Sculpture Arts Casting with RTV liquid silicone rubber:
1. Weigh a certain amount of silicone rubber, and then add curing agent by 2%-3% of silicone rubber. Ensure that all the silicone rubber is used in short time.
2. Fully and Evenly stirring the silicone rubber, then put them in vacuum and pump 3-5 minutes

3. Curing speed is closely related to the temperature and humidity, the higher the temperature and humidity, the faster the curing. 

(Customers can choose curing agent or adjust the amount of curing agent in order to reach appropriate curing speed according to the weather.)

How to choose the right Sculpture Arts Casting with RTV liquid silicone rubber

1) The small size products with fine and precision patterns, you should choose soft silicone, with hardness at about 18 to 23 shore A for easy demoulding

2) Large size products, you should shoose hard silicone, with hardness at about 35 to 40 shore A, then the mold will not deformation.
