Detailed

Water based screen printing ink for swimsuitProduct code: XY-1051A/B (glossy), XY-1052A/B (matt), XY-1053A/B (High grade PU ink)

Packing: 25kgs/drum, 20kgs/drum

Color: white, transparent

Features:

Soft, elastic, good coverage, fastness, anti-after tacking.

Sea water washing, poaching, acid-washing resistance.

No blocking to the screen.

Dry in normal temperature.

Suitable for swimming suit, nylon, sweater printing etc, especially good for swimming suit.

Mixing with color ink to create more vivid shades.

Environment-friendly.

Printing process:

1. Bottoming with transparent ink for 2 times. (3-4 scrapes per time)
2. Mixing with white ink, transparent ink, pigment, curing agent and stirring them evenly
3. Printing it for about 3 times (3-4 scrapes per time).
4. Dry it in natural temperature for 24-48 hours or more, or baking for 1-3 minutes or hot pressing it for 10 seconds with 150~180°C to dry it fast.
5. Finish.

Note:

1. Please blow dry the ink surface with cold air each time before re-printing.

2. The pigment can not be exceeded in 8%, otherwise it'll be easily faded.
