How to use silicone for tire mold making
Preparation work :
Step One:Take 100g of part A and add 100G of part B and mix the silicone rubber and curing agent evenly.
Step Two:vacuum pumping
Without exception, this step takes less than 10 minutes.
Note: The time for vacuum-pumping should be less than 3—5 minutes ,otherwise, once the silicone rubber has cross-link reaction during vacuum pumping process, it will not be operated.
Step Three: Perfusion mold making .
Operation instruction of silicone rubber for tire mold making :
1 , prepare the original mold of tire mold making
2.Mak an outer mold for the original mold with an frame
3. Pouring the silicone into the frame
4. Wait till the silicone mold cured , and then demould it
5.The cured silicone mold ,and then use the same way to use silicone mold to make an gypsum mold
5. The finished gypsum tire mold
6. Use an machine to fix the tire mold
