TECHNICAL GUIDELINES of Electrical potting compound silicone with competitive price:
1, Pls put part A and part B in separate container and stir evenly before mixing the two part together.
2, Mixing Ratio: part A: part B = 1:1
3, Deaeration the mixture in vacuum pump under 0.08 MPa for 3-5 minutes.Then the mixture could be used for pouring.
4, Pls note that the thickness of the silicone affects the curing time. If the Electrical Potting Compound Silicone (HY-9301) used is a little thick,then the curing time will be a little longer.The temperature also affects the curing time.When in lower temperature, we suggest customers appropriately heat the mixture to accelerate vulcanization. With temperature of 80~100°C, the silicone will cure in 15 minutes; while in 25°C room temperature, the silicone will cure around 8 hours.

1.The following material may hinder the curing of Electrical Potting Compound Silicone (HY-9301) , So pls use after the test. When necessary, pls clean the application areas:
1. Organotin compound or Condensation silicone with organotin
2 . Sulphur, sulfide and sulfur rubber materials.
3 . Amine compounds as well as contains the amine materials.
4 . Pewters solder flux
5 . addition silicone for electrical potting should be sealed storage.The mixture should be used up disposably to avoid
causing waste.
6 . HY 9055 belongs to non-dangerous goods, but keep away from mouth and eyes.
7. When it gets stratified after a period of storage, Please mix it evenly before using,which does not affect the performance.

SHELF LIFE AND TRANSPORTATION of Electrical Potting Compound Silicone (HY-9301) :
1. Twelve(12) months when stored at 24C in tightly closed original packages.
2. This kind of product is non-dangerous product, which could be transported as general chemicals.
3. Storage beyond the expired date doesnot necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
Electrical potting compound silicone with competitive price operations
If the customer wants to make large products and large size molds, themold siliconeshould be made of silicon rubber with high hardness. On the contrary, if the mold with fine and precision patterns, it should be made of silicon with low hardness. The amount of the curing agent depends on the actual requirements of the customer. If molds requiring fast drying and demold, more curing agent is needed; contrarily, if molds requiring slower drying and demold, less curing agent is needed.
(Note: our company does not recommend you to add silicone oil. If a special soft silicone mold or fine detailed and complex patterns products are required, 5%-10% silicone oil can be added to soften the mold for easy demold.)
