Application of  No Shrinkage Silicone Rubber for Garden Ornament Molding
Rubber silicone will reproduce the finest detail and is suitable for a variety of industrial and art related applications including prototypes, furniture, sculpture and architectural elements.  Rubber silicone for making baluster mold can also be used to cast a variety of materials including wax, gypsum, low melt alloys/metals and urethane, epoxy or polyester resins (without using a release agent).

Here is the No Shrinkage Silicone Rubber for Mould making. Then why it is nonshrink?

Because this kind of the silicone rubber is the platinum cure silicone rubber with platinum catalyst while for condensation cure silicone, it is always the tin-cured catalyst. And the tin-catalyst would absorb the water around to get cured, thus cause the shrinkage.

Shrinkage cannot be aviod when you use the condensation cure silicone. But it can be reduces. Here, Leah have some suggestion on how to reduce it for you.
 
1) control the addition of catalyst. Usually, more catalyst would be added if you want to cured fast, but still we can adjust the working time and the curing time as you require.
 
2) do not remould so fast, and pls let the silicone mold cured completely, which would take about 24 hours, then remould.
 
3) when you produce the products, pls put the mold flatly, then pour the plater or other materials into it smoothly. When you do not usually the mold, you should store it flatly, not fold it,and you also can pour the plaster into it and not remould the fisinished plaster products, leaving it in the mold to keep the mold in original shape.
