HY-9055 2 component LED potting liquid silicone rubber is a two-component room temperature vulcanization silicone rubber, which has low viscosity, easy mixing and pouring, is applicable to bulk pouring with excellent electrical performance.

4.Features of LED potting liquid silicone rubber:

LED potting liquid silicone rubber has sticky viscosity, low shrinkage and non-corrosive; the silicone rubber can be used for a long period at the temperature of -60200 with the characteristics of moisture-proof and waterproof, radiation-proof as well as weatherable and anti-ageing.

5.Using Instructions of 2 component LED potting liquid silicone rubber :

Mix the component A and component B evenly according to the proportion, and can be poured after deaired the bubbles.  The surface will cure in about 2 hours after pouring. Clean and dry the electronic element to be poured; The silicone rubber should be deaired the bubbles after pouring at the room temperature.

6.Package, Storage and Precautions of 2 component LED potting liquid silicone rubber :

1. The product is in 20KG and 5KG plastics barrels.

2. The product, which is a non-hazardous, should be stored at a cool place to avoid the sun and rain.
