HY 9300# is two-component electronic encapsulates with low viscosity which can be cured under room temperature. 10:1 or 1:1mixing ration, easy mixing and pouring & pasting.

Features:

·The product has low shrinkage and non-corrosive; the silicone rubber can be used for a long period at the temperature of -60°C~200°C with the characteristics of weatherable and anti-ageing. Splicing & adhesive, prevents slipping, quake-proof as well as moisture-proof and waterproof, radiation-proof .

·With transparent and low shrinkage; which mixing ration also can be available

·Wear-resistant, washable, high temperature; three-dimensionallevel, smoothfabric, soft, flexible, excellent texture, good flexibility.

Notice:

All above addition silicone is forbidden to mix with organic compounds of condensation cure silicone rubber, otherwise, the silicone rubber will not cure, and also should not mix with organic compounds containing S, P, N as well as metallic salt of organic acids. It also will cause this product cure incompletely or not cure.

Using instruction:

1. Mix the component A and component B evenly according to the proportion and can be used after deaired.

2. The vulcanizing time depends on heat curing temperature. The higher the temperature, the shorter the vulcanizing time, and the thicker the product, the longer the time.

3. The flame resistant type silicone may produce deposit after long-time placement. Mix the component A and component B respectively and evenly according to the proportion before using.
