Typical Application:

- high powered electronics, 

- DC/DC module and circuit board which requires heat dissipation and high temperature resistance.

It can be broadly used for LED screen, Wind Power Generator, PCB substrate, etc.

 

 

Applications:

It can be vulcanized under room temperature or high temperature with low viscosity, easy mixing and pouring, and it is applicable to bulk pouring with excellent electrical performance. It is applicable to sealing, bonding, coating for electronic parts.

Features

Using instruction:

1. Pls put part A and part B in separate container and stir evenly before mixing the two part together.

2. Weight Ratio: part A: part B = 1:1

3. Deaeration the mixture under 0.08 MPa for 5 minutes.

4. operate accordingly to above technical form, When under too low temperature and thick layer of sealant, we suggest customers appropriately heat the mixture to accelerate vulcanization, such as 80~100°C

 

Packaging, storaging and transportation:
1. This product need to be packed in clean, dry and sealed steel cans or drums. Part A and B need to be packed seperately. Usually it is packed in 5kg/can, 20 kg/drum, or 200 kg/drum .

2. The product should be stored in a cool dry place, avoid the sun and rain,and kept away from fire and heat source.
3. The goods is NOT subject to IMDG.The shelflife is 18 months from the date of production.And it still can be used after expired, when retest to be qualified.
