Technical guideline of RTV-2 addition cure silicone rubber for Electronic potting:

1. Pls put part A and part B in separate container and stir evenly before mixing the two part together.

2. Weight Ratio: part A: part B = 1:1

3. Deaeration the mixture under 0.08 MPa for 5 minutes.

4. operate accordingly to above technical form, When under too low temperature and thick layer of sealant, we suggest customers appropriately heat the mixture to accelerate vulcanization, such as 80~100C

Packaging, storaging and transportation of RTV-2 addition cure silicone rubber for Electronic potting:

1. This product need to be packed in clean, dry and sealed steel cans or drums. Part A and B need to be packed seperately. Usually it is packed in 5kg/can, 20 kg/drum, or 200 kg/drum .

2. The product should be stored in a cool dry place, avoid the sun and rain,and kept away from fire and heat source.

3. The goods is NOT subject to IMDG.The shelflife is 18 months from the date of production.And it still can be used after expired, when retest to be qualified.
