lifecasting silicon for making molds, brushing silicone for making electronic circuit board, brushing silicone  is flowing liquid with consistant quality in whatever color. It consists of two components, wherein component A is silicone rubber, and component B is curing agent or vulcanizing agent. Firstly process and prepare the model mold or the product to be duplicated, take certain amount of the silicone rubber, add 2-3% curing agent, and mix evenly for use. One mold pair can be solidified and formed in 2-3 hours. The formed mold can be used repeatedly without deformation and water shrinkage and with high temperature resistance, thereby providing fast duplication of the product with a product shrinkage 2. The 618 manual mold silicon is mainly applicable to manual molds and small number of product duplication.

1.Application of  lifecasting silicon for making molds, brushing silicone : 

lifecasting silicon for making molds, brushing silicone  mainly used for shoe molds, sand casting, sole sampling, plaster models, simple products, products with non-complex patterns, as well as product models with stable size and non-deformation.

2.Operation instruction of   lifecasting silicon for making molds, brushing silicone :

Fiberglass cloth dipping, silicon cloth for making electronic circuit board, brushing silicone  is composed of two components.Component A is white flowing liquid while component B is the curing agent.

Steps:

   a.take silicone rubber of 100g and add 2% curing agent for  mixing evenly.

   b. After the silicone rubber and the curing agent are completely mixed, put the silicon into a vacuum machine for deairing to remove the bubbles.

   c.After deaired, pouring the liquid silicone rubber into the product to be duplicated or into the mold frame.

Note:  Fiberglass cloth dipping, silicon cloth for making electronic circuit board, brushing silicone is used for pouring or brushing technique. That is to say,

firstly fix the product or sole model to be duplicated onto a plane plate,

then enclose the plane frame with wooden plates to prevent the leakage of the silicon ,

thirdly mix the silicone rubber and the curing agent evenly according to the mixing ratio of 100 : 2 and pour them onto the sole model,

at last  brush evenly with a wooden plate or a brush, and fill up the mold frame with gypsum after the silicone rubber is dried.
