Addition cure silicone rubber is based on platinum catalyst. Its production process has no by-products and the volume shrinkage is extremely small. It can be greatly used in making artificial stone, art candle, bronze, cement, gypsum, shoes, low melting point and other molds. It can also be used in making food contact mold, as we have got FDA certification for food contact.
Features of Addition Cure Silicone Rubber for Life Casting:
the product can be used for a long period and maintain softness and elasticity within a temperature range of -65----200 degree Celsius with the characteristics of excellent electrical performance and chemical stability, waterproof ,ozone and climate resistance. Non-corrosiveness, physical inertia, non-toxic, odorless, low linear shrinkage, easy operation, etc.
Using instructions of Addition Cure Silicone Rubber for Life Casting:
mix component A and component B evenly according to the mixing proportion of 1-0.95-1.05,and can be poured after desired the bubbles, the operating time(3-5)hours depends on the temperature, the curing time is 12-24 hours at the room temperature, and the curing time can be reduced to 10 minutes with the temperature increased to 80-120 degree Celsius. the operating time of the room temperature quick drying type is less than 20 minutes and the curing time is 1hour.the product can be produced in red .yellow ,etc .according to the customer's requirements.
