 This series are 2-part translucent liquid silicone rubber suitable for injection molding

 processes,catalyzed by platinum

3) Key Features of LSR silicone rubber series

Good rebound property

Excellent thermal and cold stability(-60centigrade~250centigrade)

Good fluidity,easy to be injected

Stable shrinkage rate

High tear strength

4) Storage of LSR silicone rubber 
Correctly stored in its original closed container at room temperature (max 27centigrade). It  has a shelf life of 270 days. The ready to use the silicon , should be kept tightly closed, if it doesnt , it will affect the shelf life.

5) How to use LSR silicone rubber 
Ready-to-use mixturescomponents A and Bare fed directly to injection molding machine from the original containers by means of a metering end mixing unit called static mixer. The mixtureat the mixing ratio 1:1 is injected into the heated mould,the mixed silicone rubber will be vulcanized in a few seconds.

6) Packaging of LSR Liquid injection AB silicon rubber series

 The product  is available in 20kgs pails or 200kgs drums

The safe operating period is 3days under airproof condition and 20, after mixing component A and B. The safe operating period will be shorter when the temperature is higher.
 
The silicone rubber properties are as the flowing ,after mixing parts A and B at the mixing ratio 1:1, then moulding under 150X10 minutes
