Liquid silicone rubber for insole making is a kind of addition cure silicone rubber. It is primarily intended for silicone insole as a kind of foot care silicone rubber. With two component silicone rubber part A and part B, mixing ratio is 1:1. Generally the color is translucent or transparent.

Operation of food grade silicone rubber for insloes making :
1. Stir part A and part B with right mixing ratio evenly. And get the mixture for vacuum-pumping. (If there is no vacuumizer, you can just pour the mixture slowly from the corner so that less bubbles caused)
2. Enclose the product (the original model) with four plastic plates or wooden plates.
3. Clean your products and brush a layer of release agent(detergent or soap water) on your product.
4. Pour the mixture with correct mixing ratio into the model frame.
After about 2-4 hours, when the silicone cured, get out the original model, and there you get a finished addition cured silicone mold .
Storage, shelf life and handling precautions of food grade silicone rubber for insloes making :
1. Shelf life can be 12 months when stored at 25°C in tightly closed original packages.
2. Storage beyond the expired date does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer
usable. In this case , the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
3. The curing agent may denature if the cap is left off after opening.Make sure to tightly seal the products prior to storage. Take particular care under conditions of high temperature or humidity.
4. If any of these products should come into contact with skin,wipe the exposed area with a cloth and then wash it thoroughly with soap.
