High transparent water-based inks for screen printing

1) Features ofHigh transparent water-based inks for screen printing:

1)platinum catalyzed addition cure silicone,
2)highly resistant to water, heat, weak acids and chemicals, skid-proof
3)RTV two component liquid cured under high temperature
4)used for coating fabrics, fiberglass cloth.

2) High transparent water-based inks for screen printing applications:

Apply silicon rubber on the backind of carpets and rugs to confer an anti sliding function. to use a dryer ( Artos Machine ).

Resist 1000 degree centigrade or even more higher temperature, The silicone coated textile-fabrics is applied in technical textile manufacturing and processing, transportation, construction, sports and leisure, personal and property protection and other applications.

It is specially used for skid-proof purpose of frilals, underclothes and widely applied for cotton fabric, polyester-mixed cotton cloth, nylon cloth, flax, woolen, insulating cloth, etc.

3) Packaging Details: 25kg/drum and 200kg/drum

4) Operation introduction:

1,Mix Part A and Part B as ratio 1:1, you may add additive such as pigment as ratio 1~2% into part A.

 2,It can be cured by heating with 100~150 degree, the curing time will be 5~10 minutes.
