It is specially used to print on T-shirt ,textile , fabric ,nylon ,and many other material , it is also used to print on swim caps, sweater, silicone product , plastic product ,artificial craft ,etc. The silicone ink printed on these product for different pattern ,for waterproof application , or other special application. Generally , the operation way of silicone ink is named mesh screen printing

Screen mesh printing ink for cloth coating  Operation introduction:

1,Mix Part A and Part B as ratio 1:1, you may add additive such as pigment as ratio 1~2% into part A.

2,It can be cured by heating with 100~150 degree, the curing time will be 30~60 seconds.

The general datasheet of the silicone ink below for ur reference, but we can do any special design according to ur special request. The hardness , the viscosity , the curing time , the operation time , and the color is adjustable . We can do the design to meet ur special request.s
