 Liquid silicone rubber for coated fabric applications:

Resist 1000 degree centigrade or even more higher temperature, The silicone coated textile-fabrics is applied in technical textile manufacturing and processing, transportation, construction, sports and leisure, personal and property protection and other applications.

Prepare methods of liquid silicone rubber for coated fabric

1. Mixed Color master batch: Using it when needing various colors. Adding 0.2-1% of total amount material.

Attention: 

For ink to be yellow: first change base A part to white color (20-30%) white pigment in. then mixed with yellow color paste to colors! 

Same process as for ink to blue and Red ink!

For ink to be black:  add 1% of black color paste to base a part mixed well.

For ink to be grey:  add 1% of black color paste and 1% of white color paste to base a part mixed well

2. Mixed 10% CATATLYST curing agent B Part into small amount of silicone ink A Part (90%). 

3. The curing agent should be mixed very well, Otherwise,some parts won’t be cured.

4. could use thinner for decrease the viscosity,over 15% of thinner, the abrasiveness, durability and adhesion force will be reduce. There tested before production is required.

Drying methods of liquid silicone rubber for coated fabric 

1. according to different thickness of silicone ink, the curing time is different. Normal situation for mixing Part A: Part B =10:1 curing time is 50seconds with the temperature of 150°C (poly addition process). 

2. When the room temperature is above 25°C (humidity 50%), room temperature cure can be carried out under summer condition

Feature of liquid silicone rubber for fabric coating:

1)platinum catalyzed addition cure silicone,
2)highly resistant to water, heat, weak acids and chemicals,
3)RTV two component liquid cured under high temperature
4)used for coating fabrics, fiberglass cloth.
