silicone rubber for pad printing is two-component silicone rubber, part A is liquid silicone rubber , part B is catalyst .The usual mixing ratio for silicone rubber for pad printing and catalyst is 100:2-3,eg,we take 100 grams of liquid silicone rubber for pad printing, then we add 2-3 grams catalyst, and mix them evenly and pour it to your mold .Then after 2-4 hours , you will obtain a silicone rubber printing pad.

(Notes of using silicone rubber for pad printing:

The larger the pattern is, the softer the silicone rubber printing pad should be, and more silicone oil needs to add, if a silicone rubber pad with high hardness needed, silicone oil should be added less or none. General hardness of the silicone rubber printing pad is 15 A^o ~25 A^o .)
