Why does the silicone pad for transfer patterns can not drop oil well?

During the process of manufacturing toys, the steel mold need to spray the release agent for every dozens of products, the first or second product exists lots of release agent on the surface regarding the mold having just sprayed with the release agent. It is very normal that the incomplete printing patterns of more than 2 in 10 plastic toys or products which are not sprayed with paint  may not drop ink well. If the product is directly taken for pad printing before being cleaned by the thinner, hence, the phenomenon just arises

Remember, for large pattern's transfer, large silicone rubber pads should be used, and small silicone rubber pads are used for small patterns'transfer. And the curing agent is free.
