Silicone molding resin rubber sealant for printing pad is a kind of two-component material. The RTV2 silicone rubber is made up of Part A base silicone and Part B CA curing agent. The Part A base silicone and Part B CA curing agent can cure at room temperature by a condensation reaction, after full cure, it become a cured silicone mold. The silicone mold can be cast the following materials for reproduction: plaster, polyurethane, PU, GRC, cement, resin, polyester, wax etc...

Pad Printing Silicone Rubber for printing irregular patterns is two-component silicone, part A is liquid silicon rubber, part B is catalyst. The usual mixture of silicone rubber and catalyst is 100: 2 or 100: 3. E.g. we take 100g of liquid silicon rubber and 2g-3g catalyst, mix them and pour it to your mold. A fter 2-4 hours, you will get a Pad Printing Silicone Rubber for printing irregular patterns.
