How can you make a mould in RTV 2 silicon rubber then using the mould for candle soap  and resin or cement plaster casting ?

Step One: Take 100g of part A and add 2g of part B and mix the silicone rubber and curing agent evenly.

Step Two: vacuum pumping

Without exception, this step takes less than 10 minutes. Otherwise, it will cause , and no more further steps will be available

Step Three: Brushing cast & Perfusion Molding operation.

RTV 2 silicone rubber  is mainly applicable to manual mold design, PVC plastic molds, cement product molds, melting point alloy molds, alloy toy craftworks, plastic toy craftworks, gifts and stationery, large statues, duplication of cultural relics, shoe sole mold fabrication, pad printing positioning, shock resistance for electronic equipments, etc.

Note: The time for vacuum-pumping should be less than 3—5 minutes ,otherwise, once the silicone rubber has cross-link reaction during vacuum pumping process, it will not be operated.

Step Three: Pouring the mixture into the frame with original gypsum mold slowly . 

Shelf life for RTV Silicone rubber

10~12months, when stored in a dry & cool place under the room temperature 25.
