1. Application of silicone rubber for concrete molds:
Silicone rubber for concrete molds is mainly used in mold making field for cement silicone rubber mold, concrete silicone rubber mold, plaster silicone rubber mold, unsaturated resin, epoxy resin, polyurethane, etc. toy gifts and craftwork gifts ,poly technique, lightings, candles, and  silicone rubber molds in multiple pieces.

2. Feature of silicone rubber for concrete molds:
Silicone rubber for concrete molds with the advantages of good tensile strength, high tear strength, high temperature resistance, high duplication times and repeated use, etc. It is suitable for small products or fine and precision products which is difficult to demould. This silicone rubber is one of the products with the highest use level in the production of craftwork gifts and the shrinkage is up to 2%.

3. Operation of silicone rubber for concrete molds:

Step One: Take 100g of part A and add 2g of part B and mix the silicone rubber for concrete mold making and curing agent evenly.

Notes:Silicone rubber for concrete molds is a kind of flowing liquid and it contains two parts. Part A is a kind of white flowing liquid silicone rubber and part B is the curing agent. Remember to mix part A and part B evenly, otherwise the silicone rubber will be partly solidified and this will give birth to difficulties in your final operation. What’s more, the finished silicone rubber molds will meet a short life. All of these will cause a waste of silicone rubber for concrete mold making.

Step Two: vacuum pumping

Without exception, this step takes less than 10 minutes. Otherwise, it will cause cross linking reaction, and no more further steps will be available.

Step Three: Brushing cast & Perfusion Molding operation

(Note: our company does not recommend you to add silicone oil. If a special soft silicone rubber mould or fine detailed and complex patterns products are required, 5% - 10% silicone oil could be added to soften the silicone rubber mould for easy demould.)
