This machine is suitable for packing tea, seeds, medical, health-care and tea indusries in granular shaped ingredients. All of these items could be packed with both inner and outer bags, and the inner bag is with thread and tag at same time.

The integrated processes of bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting and hot pressing codes can be done automatically.

Inner bag: Tea filter paper

Outer package: Several kinds of heat seal lamination, such as PET/plated AL/PE, PET/PE, PAPER/PE, NYLON, etc.

This design can put the inner bag into the outer package autimatically, in order to pack the inner bag and outer package in the same time at the same machine. This special design makes the inner bag molding rate, further more to save the cost of the outer package usage.
