1, Items will be sent out within 5 business days after the full payment has been confirmed.

2, Please make sure your address is correct. please send us an email before your paymentif you wish to change shipping address.

3, Shipping by China Post Air Mail, reach most of the countries within 20-50 business days.

4, If you need the item urgently, please choose express: DHL,UPS,FEDEX, TNT,EMS. It takes around 5-10 days depend on different country. But this need extra shipping. Please contact us before place order.

5,For bulk order we will ship by sea. We have rich experience of the bulk order export

All our items will be checked and packed in good condition before shipping. We will try our best to satisfy all customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item to us under the original condition within 5 days from the items received. We will not accept any refund or return after 5 days. If the merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable. Before return the item please contact us for the detailed return exchange instruction. We will refund you after received the returned items.  We do not pay for return postage and also we will not charge additional postage for exchange.
